There are two main ways to repay your mortgage:
With an Interest Only Mortgage you would only repay interest to the lender. The capital borrowed would be payable as a lump sum at the end of the mortgage term; for example from savings and investments.
Repayment Mortgages are where your monthly payments will pay the interest due and also some of the outstanding balance. This method is guaranteed to repay your loan at the end of the term, provided monthly payments have been maintained.
Mortgage Schemes available include: fixed, discounted, capped, variable, cashback, tracker and offset.

Commercial Mortgages
Whether you want to buy an established business with a building attached; or you run an established business and you want to buy a property you are currently renting; or have seen a property that would suit your company, there are a range of commercial mortgages available.
Investing in Property
There are two versions:
Buy to Let – where you buy a property in order to receive rental income.
Let to Buy – where you let your existing property in order to purchase another property which would then become your main residence.
With so many products to choose from, shopping for a suitable mortgage can be quite daunting. The market is quite competitive with lenders offering various incentives and charging a variety of fees. Help is available to find the right mortgage for you, keeping the whole process as stress free as possible.
